Deskripsi Singkat Program

Program Post-doctoral merupakan program pengembangan kapasitas sumber daya manusia melalui mobilitas periset dalam bentuk kolaborasi riset di BRIN, bagi Warga Negara Indonesia atau warga negara asing yang baru menyelesaikan pendidikan tinggi program doktor (S3).

Tujuan Program

Meningkatkan kompetensi sumber daya manusia periset sehingga berkontribusi untuk peningkatan iklim riset dan inovasi nasional melalui peningkatan jumlah publikasi pada jurnal ilmiah bereputasi tinggi, produk inovatif, dan terjalinnya kerjasama riset nasional ataupun internasional.

Persyaratan Peserta

• • Warga Negara Indonesia atau Warga Negara Asing;
• • Telah menyelesaikan pendidikan tinggi program doktor (S3) paling lama 5 (lima) tahun sejak kelulusan;
• • Tidak memiliki afiliasi atau keterikatan kerja dengan instansi lain;
• • Memiliki pengalaman dan keahlian yang relevan dengan topik kepakaran yang dipilih dan dibuktikan dengan bukti rekam jejak (portofolio) kegiatan riset dan inovasi;
• • Bagi warga negara asing harus mendapatkan izin keimigrasian sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan; 
• • Berkomitmen menyelesaikan program dengan menandatangani dokumen komitmen pelaksanaan program; 

Catatan: Sebelum melakukan pendaftaran, sangat direkomendasikan agar peminat mempelajari kelompok riset di BRIN yang membutuhkan penguatan Postdoctoral. Selanjutnya, peminat diharapkan menghubungi dan berkoordinasi dengan calon host (Periset Penanggung Jawab) pada Pusat Riset di BRIN, di mana kegiatan program Postdoctoral akan dilaksanakan.

• • Ijazah program Doktor;
• • Portofolio riset dan inovasi; 
• • Surat pernyataan komitmen pelaksanaan program; dan
• • Surat pernyataan tidak memiliki afiliasi.

Jangka Waktu Program

Program dilaksanakan selama 1 (satu) tahun, dan dapat diperpanjang selama 1 (satu) tahun berdasarkan hasil evaluasi oleh Direktorat Manajemen Talenta BRIN.

Insentif

Peserta program Postdoctoral mendapatkan insentif dalam bentuk biaya hidup. Besaran insentif ditetapkan dengan keputusan BRIN sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan.

Keluaran (Output)

Luaran yang diharapkan dihasilkan oleh peserta Post-doctoral adalah menghasilkan publikasi ilmiah pada jurnal terindeks global bereputasi tinggi sebanyak 2 (dua) buah pertahun yang diunggah dan dilaporkan dalam sistem informasi yang ditentukan oleh BRIN.

Hak dan Kewajiban

Peserta Post-doctoral memiliki hak untuk:

• • Mendapatkan insentif sesuai ketentuan.
• • Menggunakan peralatan dan fasilitas sesuai dengan lingkup kegiatan riset yang dilakukan oleh kelompok riset host.
• • Mengajukan perpanjangan jangka waktu kegiatan.

Peserta Post-doctoral memiliki kewajiban untuk:

• • Peserta wajib melakukan kegiatan riset sesuai dengan bidang kepakaran, pada lokasi Kelompok Riset atau Pusat Riset di BRIN secara penuh waktu, sesuai dengan durasi yang ditetapkan dalam Keputusan Deputi Sumber Daya Manusia Ilmu Pengetahuan dan Teknologi Badan Riset dan Inovasi Nasional.
• • Peserta wajib melakukan presensi pada sistem informasi yang ditentukan setiap hari kerja pada awal dan akhir jam kerja.
• • Peserta wajib menyusun roadmap pencapaian output pada saat awal pelaksanaan program Post-doctoral
• • Peserta wajib mengunggah laporan kegiatan atau kemajuan riset pada sistem informasi setiap akhir bulan.
• • Peserta wajib mengunggah laporan akhir kegiatan riset dan bukti keluaran hasil riset pada sistem informasi pada akhir pelaksanaan program Post-doctoral.

Description

This Post-doctoral program is a program for developing human resource capacity through the mobility of researchers in the form of collaborative research at BRIN, for Indonesian citizens or foreigners who have just completed their higher education doctoral program.

Objectives

To improve the competence of human resource researchers so as to contribute to improving the national research and innovation climate through increasing the number of publications in high-reputation scientific journals, innovative products, and establishing national or international research collaborations.

General Requirements

• • Indonesian citizens or foreign nationals;
• • Maximum 5 (five) years after graduating from Doctoral program;
• • Has no affiliation with any institution;
• • Have experience and expertise relevant to the chosen topic of expertise and evidence of a track record (portfolio) of research and innovation activities;
• • Foreign nationals are required to obtain an immigration permit in accordance with the provisions of the applicable laws;
• • Sign the commitment document for the implementation of the Post-doctoral program;

Note: Before registering, it is highly recommended that applicants look out for research groups at BRIN that require Postdoctoral participants. Furthermore, applicants are expected to contact and coordinate with the prospective host (Responsible Researcher) at the Research Center at BRIN, where the Postdoctoral program activities will be carried out.

Duration

The program will be held for 1 year and can be extended for 1 more year based on the evaluation results by the Directorate of Talent Management, National Research and Innovation Agency.

Incentives

Participants of the programs would be given living allowance incentives. The amount of the incentives is determined in accordance with the provisions of the legislation.

Output

The expected output for Post-doctoral participants is to produce 2 (two) scientific publications in highly reputable global indexed journals per year. 

Rights and Obligations

Post-doctoral participants have the right to:

• • Get incentives according to the regulations.
• • Using equipment and facilities in accordance with the scope of research activities carried out by the host research group.
• • Propose an extension of the activity period.

Post-doctoral participants have the obligation to:

• • Participants are required to carry out research activities in accordance with their field of expertise, in the research group at the research center location at BRIN, full-time, for the duration as stipulated in the Decree of the Deputy for Human Resources, Science and Technology, National Research and Innovation Agency.
• • Participants must tap attendance on the information system every working day at the beginning and end of working hours.
• • Participants are required to prepare a roadmap for output achievement at the start of the Post-doctoral program.
• • Participants are required to upload monthly reports on activities or research progress on the information system at the end of each month.
• • Participants are required to upload the final report on research activities and evidence of research output on the information system at the end of the Post-doctoral program implementation.
