Deskripsi Singkat Program

Program Post-doctoral ini merupakan program pengembangan kapasitas sumber daya manusia melalui mobilitas periset melalui kolaborasi penelitian, pengembangan, pengkajian, dan/atau penerapan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi di BRIN, bagi Warga Negara Indonesia atau warga negara asing yang baru menyelesaikan pendidikan tinggi program doktor (S3).

Tujuan Program

Meningkatkan kompetensi sumber daya manusia periset sehingga berkontribusi untuk peningkatan iklim riset dan inovasi nasional melalui peningkatan jumlah publikasi pada jurnal ilmiah bereputasi tinggi, produk inovatif, dan terjalinnya kerjasama riset nasional ataupun internasional.

Persyaratan Peserta

• Warga Negara Indonesia atau warga negara asing selain ASN BRIN;
• telah menyelesaikan pendidikan tinggi program doktor (S3) paling lama 5 (lima) tahun sejak kelulusan;
• memiliki pengalaman dan keahlian yang relevan dengan topik kepakaran yang dipilih dan dibuktikan dengan bukti rekam jejak (portofolio) kegiatan riset dan inovasi;
• bagi warga negara asing harus mendapatkan izin keimigrasian sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan; dan
• menandatangani dokumen komitmen pelaksanaan program Pascadoktoral.

Dokumen Persyaratan yang diperlukan

• Daftar Riwayat Hidup;
• Foto diri;
• Ijazah Terakhir;
• Portofolio Riset dan Inovasi; dan
• Surat pernyataan komitmen pelaksanaan program.

Jangka Waktu Program

Program dilaksanakan selama 1 (satu) tahun, dan dapat diperpanjang selama 1 (satu) tahun berdasarkan hasil evaluasi oleh Direktorat Manajemen Talenta BRIN.

Insentif

Peserta program Pascadoktoral mendapatkan insentif dalam bentuk biaya hidup. Besaran insentif ditetapkan dengan keputusan BRIN sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan.

Keluaran (Output)

Luaran yang diharapkan dihasilkan oleh peserta Post-doctoral adalah menghasilkan publikasi ilmiah pada jurnal terindeks global bereputasi tinggi sebanyak 2 (dua) buah pertahun yang diunggah dan dilaporkan dalam sistem informasi yang ditentukan oleh BRIN.

Hak dan Kewajiban

Peserta Post-doctoral memiliki hak untuk:

1. Mendapatkan insentif sesuai ketentuan.
2. Menggunakan peralatan dan fasilitas sesuai dengan lingkup kegiatan riset yang dilakukan oleh kelompok riset host.
3. Mengajukan perpanjangan jangka waktu kegiatan.

Peserta Post-doctoral memiliki kewajiban untuk:

1. Peserta wajib menjalani kegiatan riset sesuai dengan bidang kepakaran, dalam kelompok riset pada pusat riset di BRIN, dengan durasi sesuai yang ditetapkan dalam Keputusan Deputi Sumber Daya Manusia Ilmu Pengetahuan dan Teknologi Badan Riset dan Inovasi Nasional.
2. Peserta wajib melakukan presensi pada sistem informasi yang ditentukan setiap hari kerja pada awal dan akhir jam kerja.
3. Peserta wajib mengunggah laporan kegiatan atau kemajuan riset pada sistem informasi setiap akhir bulan.
4. Peserta wajib mengunggah laporan akhir kegiatan riset dan bukti keluaran hasil riset pada sistem informasi pada akhir pelaksanaan program Post-doctoral.

Description

This Post-doctoral program is a program for developing human resource capacity through the mobility of researchers through collaborative research, development, assessment, and/or application of science and technology at BRIN, for Indonesian citizens or foreigners who have just completed their higher education doctoral program.

Objectives

To improve the competence of human resource researchers so as to contribute to improving the national research and innovation climate through increasing the number of publications in high-reputation scientific journals, innovative products, and establishing national or international research collaborations.

General Requirements

1. Indonesian citizens or foreign nationals, other than ASN BRIN;
2. Maximum 5 (five) years after graduating from Doctoral education;
3. Have experience and expertise relevant to the chosen topic of expertise, and evidence of a track record (portfolio) of research and innovation activities;
4. For foreign nationals, they are required to obtain an immigration permit in accordance with the provisions of the applicable laws.
5. Sign the commitment document for the implementation of the Post-doctoral program.

Required Documents

1. Curriculum Vitae;
2. Self-photo;
3. Current Diploma;
4. Research and innovation portfolio document; and
5. Statement of Program Implementation Commitment 

Duration

The program will be held for 1 year and can be extended for 1 more year based on the evaluation results by the Directorate of Talent Management, National Research and Innovation Agency.

Incentives

Participants of the programs would be given living allowance incentives. The amount of the incentives is determined in accordance with the provisions of the legislation.

Output

The expected output for Post-doctoral participants is to produce 2 (two) scientific publications in highly reputable global indexed journals per year. Highly reputable global indexed journals are equivalent to the Scopus index in quartiles 1 and 2.

Rights and Obligations

Post-doctoral participants have the right to:

1. Get incentives according to the regulations.
2. Using equipment and facilities in accordance with the scope of research activities carried out by the host research group.
3. Propose an extension of the activity period.

Post-doctoral participants have the obligation to:

1. Participants are required to carry out research activities in accordance with their field of expertise, in research groups at the research center at BRIN, for the duration as stipulated in the Decree of the Deputy for Human Resources, Science and Technology, National Research and Innovation Agency.
2. Participants must tap attendance on the information system every working day at the beginning and end of working hours.
3. Participants are required to upload reports on activities or research progress on the information system at the end of each month.
4. Participants are required to upload the final report on research activities and evidence of research output on the information system at the end of the Post-doctoral program implementation.
